The location was a little off-putting. I felt isolated from the world because hotel is located in the back of a parking lot. The breakfast area was ok. I felt there could be a larger area for the food station set-up. I used the pool and found it very nice. The gym was better than most hotel gyms and I did appreciate it. The room cleaning instructions were on the bathroom mirror and I learned I had to schedule a cleaning an hour after the deadline. We were given additional towels, but not wash cloths. The kitchen was set up nicely, but needed a sponge to be able to rinse dishes and wipe counters.

The front desk staff (Marist College graduation weekend May 19-21) was superioir and attended patiently and wisely to every need. We loved our welcome cookies/popcorn and wine and the breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. The staff kept filling up the coffee and was outstanding. We also loved the firepit. Thank you for welcoming parents of graduates with extra treats. The staff was so friendly! Thank you!

I did a local weekend get away for someself care The staff was friendly l, room was very clean, big and basically new. Remind me of a studio apartment. I went to the gym, which had great equipment and TV accommodations. Pool was also nice. Also many good options with in walking and driving distance ( with in a mile). Near to the mall and other shopping places and pharmacy

The hotel amenities are fantastic! The fitness room and pool area are wonderful and well equipped. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The rooms are well designed and comfortable and spacious. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is located right off the main road. Plus the price for a room is exceptional. We had a great stay!

The breakfast was acceptable. I think it could improve if a variety of fresh fruits and homemade jams were offered. It could also improve the cleaning attention of the room because every day I had to remember to make the bed and change the towels. I wonder if COVID pandemic was an excuse to remove services.
